Build one shared fund
Bring every member’s contribution into one organized record, so the community can see the fund taking shape throughout the year.
Pool contributions, put the shared fund to work through community lending, and keep every member’s year-end share transparent.
Sample figures only. Actual income depends on the group’s results and rules.
Why Tinubuan
Members build a shared fund through regular contributions. Loans may earn interest income for the community, giving the fund an opportunity to grow before the year-end distribution.
Bring every member’s contribution into one organized record, so the community can see the fund taking shape throughout the year.
The group can lend from the pooled money under its agreed rules. Interest collected becomes income for the community fund.
At year end, the group can distribute each member’s contributions together with their share of actual interest income, based on the community’s agreed rules.
How it works
The community leader or treasurer signs up first, creates the group, and prepares it for its members.
The treasurer adds each member using an active mobile number and email address, so every invitation reaches the right person.
Each registered member receives a message with a unique invite code and a prompt to install Tinubuan.
After installing the app, the member signs up with the invite code to securely view their contributions, loans, payments, and group updates.
Inside Tinubuan
Each role gets a focused experience, without losing the shared context that keeps a group connected.
Private beta
Tinubuan is being refined with real QA groups to make contributions, community lending, and year-end records clear before public access opens.
